Gideon´s Journey

Our Comfort Zone & Facing Fear

  1. Morning Gideon -great topic today. It is true, man for the most part abhors change. They’ve done many scientific studies that have shown that change -good or bad, interestingly -can induce stress in a person, depending on various factors. We are creatures of habit. Even if something doesn’t feel good, or isn’t good for us, it feels comfortable…like a well-worn sweater. It’s only when we decide to step outside our comfort zone, when the desire for something different, something new becomes strong enough, that we shed this comfort and open the door to new opportunities. I could go on and on, but will take leave for now… thank you, again.
